Westmoreland hand painted milk glass heart shaped plate with hearts border in the Roses and Bows pattern. It measures approximately 8 inches by 7 1/8 inches. It has it's original Westmoreland foil sticker still attached to the front and also has the embossed Westmoreland logo on the back side of the plate. It has no chips or cracks and I see no signs of wear.
