A vintage elegant crystal with ruby foot glass water stem /goblet. It has an attractive cut / etched pattern (see pictures). I've seen stems like these with ruby foot as being made by the Tiffin Glass Company, the Standard Glass Company, the Weston Glass Company as well as the Maryland Glass Etching Works company and as being made during the Depression Era (1920s - 1930s). I'm not an expert on these so I'm not sure which, if any of these are the correct manufacturers. It measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall. It has no chips or cracks and show little if any signs of usage or wear.
