A porcelain hand decorated holiday plate by Pickard China. The plate is decorated with a brown rocking horse and outlined in a green wreath with the words SEASON'S GREETING'S. The back of the plate is marked "PICKARD MADE IN U.S.A. AMERICA'S FINEST CHINA HAND DECORATED S". It measures approximately 8 1/4" in diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and I see no signs of wear.
