Depression era white glass Nutmeg spice shaker with blue Dutch scene. This is the style with the red diamond above the red name on the face of the shaker. It measures approximately 3 1/4" tall with the lid on. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and shows extremely little if any wear to the painted name and decoration. It still has the original paper label on the back side (see picture below) which reads "1 1/2 OZ. NET DOVE GROUND NUTMEG PACKED BY THE FRANK TEA and SPICE CO., CINCINNATI, OHIO". The red painted lid is also in excellent condition with no dents and still retains almost all of its original paint. It also has the original cardboard seal under the lid. The pictures below show it better than I can describe. It is hard to find these old shakers in this nice of condition.
